Saint Francis set out to connect with the Sandwich Generation by reframing what it means to live well. The focus was not just health, but wellness and happiness, rooted in the idea that you do not have to look far to find what you need to feel supported.
Set in Southeast Missouri, the work highlighted the power of home. Strong family ties, close community, friendly neighbors, and natural beauty already create the foundation for a full, connected life. The campaign built on that truth, showing that wellness is not aspirational or out of reach. It lives in small, everyday actions and in the places people already trust.
By taking the pressure off the idea of wellness, the work positioned Saint Francis as a steady partner in daily life, not just moments of care. Grounded in Where People Come First, the campaign moved away from clinical, look at us healthcare messaging in favor of something warmer, younger, and more human that feels right at home.
